“Sensitive Information”
As a Potential client, current client or past client of Asar Khepri & Associates, the company may also collect the following information (in addition to basic personal information). This information is collected in order to carry out legitimate business objectives.

•Credit or Debit Card Numbers, along with expiration date (if used as a form of payment)
•Drivers’ License Numbers, along with State of issue and address on license;

We collect this information so we can use it for business purposes such as contacting you about your case or other relevant information, processing applications and reports, servicing you and sometimes if we think it is necessary and can help you, offering you other products and services.

When Do We Use and Disclose Information We Collect

The sensitive information we collect is only used for legitimate business purposes and is only shared with parties to the extent necessary to fulfill those purposes. We ensure that these companies have policies in place to limit the use of the sensitive information and keep it confidential.
Personal and Sensitive Information is not shared unless the potential client, current client or past client has given us permission or if we deem it necessary to effectively provide the potential client, current client or past client the needed services we were asked to provide.

(Security) How We Protect Your Information

We safeguard the security of the information we get from you with very rigid physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. Our operations and business practices are periodically reviewed for compliance with corporate policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality and quality of the potential clients’, current clients’ or past clients’ information.

Asar Khepri and Associates limit employees’ and independent contractor’s access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
These privacy guidelines is communicated to every Asar Khepri and Associates employee, staff member, independent contractor and third-party vendor.

If you have not given us permission to communicate with you, you will not be contacted, nor will we use your personal information in a new manner. Asar Khepri and Associates does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or send them requests for personal information.

Privileged information about a client’s case is shared only when required by a court order or with a client’s express, written permission.
